Our Return Policy in short
• UNIQUE PIECE consider returns for exchanges or gift voucher only if the product has been damaged during transport.
• Please carefully report to the delivery service if you notice that your package has been damaged during the transport (a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours after being received).
• You can return the product within 14 days of delivery.
• Contact UNIQUE PIECE before returning any items.
• If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.
• If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

Return Policy
UNIQUE PIECE consider returns for exchanges or gift voucher only if the product has been damaged during transport. It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. Please carefully report to the delivery service if you notice that your package has been damaged during the transport (a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours after being received). At the complaint, the customer contacts UNIQUE PIECE and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint. If you would like to make a return please CONTACT US first for a customer return number. NO exchanges will be given without this number. We should receive your returned item within 7 days (15 for international customers) of authorizing your return and providing you with a customer return number. We cannot accept a return any item that has been damaged after you received it.

Return Conditions
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. UNIQUE PIECE suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

Returning a Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. UNIQUE PIECE is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged packages during the return process. Exchanges will be processed within receipt of item within 7 days.

Transport Damage
If the Print or Polaroid is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, UNIQUE PIECE reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
